Time to replace my brake pads on my '03 F350 and was wondering if there are better pads than OEM that I should use.

I have a 99, I have always used the factory pads. The pig stops better than my Civic.
I would stick with the factory stuff. I think ORU has replacement rotors (larger diameter). I have not heard any reviews on them.
