I have an 85' toyota 4runner. It has been sitting for about 3 months now. It ran and drove good when I parked it. Since it has been sitting the battery has gone dead, and does not currently run. Only needs a new battery or jump to run.
Good: Straight axle, 86 EFI converted to weber carb, loud stereo, centerline rims, new starter, new fuel pump, very minor rust on rear fender wells, 95' 4runner 5sp tranny, really straight body except for the tailgate.
Needs work: Engine could use a tune up and don't know how many miles on engine, back gate and window need to be replaced( backed into sisters car), needs new front and rear bumper. Also interior is twenty years old and has expected rips and stains.

This is a great runner, and would take minimal work to turn into daily driver. I would like to trade it, but selling outright works to. I payed $1700 for it and put about $800 into it. I would like to get at least $1400(believe me it is worth it in parts) out of it but interested in your small comuter car for trade as well. Call (541)-713-6249 if interested evenings preferred. So you converted an EFI over to Carb :confused: . Do you still have all of the EFI stuff?

I have owned this truck since last summer. The only problem I have had with it was a clogged fuel line. I have replaced it with a new fuel line since and it ran great before I parked it. I will try to get picks this weekend. I did not do any of the work to the truck that has been done, so I do not have the efi stuff. I bought it the way it is, except for the stereo.

how many miles on engine, trans ,t-case and body? Hows interior? Shift smoothly? Any problems or leaks at all? I am in Medford Or. and want some pics? Brett1587@aol.com

Like I said I did not do any of the work that has been done to the truck. I do not know how many miles are on any of the parts. The interior is brown, and has a couple rips. There is the start of the notorious baby crack in the dash board, but it is less than an inch long. Shifts great never had a problem. I never noticed the truck loosing fluids. I will try to get picks this weekend.

How are the tires

the tires are toyo 31X10.5, and probably have about 50% tread

Corvallis is is the mildle of the oregon on the western side. Its the town where Oregon State is in. Its in between eugene and portland sorta. About 2 1/2 hours north of the CA/OR border

I need to trade for something that is ready right now for the road. I do not have the time or money to fix a ride. Also I am located more like 3 1/2 to 4 hours north of the California Oregon border.

I am going to borrow a friends camera so I should have pictures soon. Might need help posting them as I have not posted pictures before. Will have by friday evening.
