I ended up buying the same RCI fuel cell like you have and I need to know what you did about setting up a fuel return into the tank. I was told to drill mine

hey 4x4extreme, Yea I ended up drilling a new hole toward the right of the tank and using that as my breather and flip over valve for the cell. Then I used the one inlet for the main fuel line and the other which im sure you've noticed has a flip over valve inside. I used that for the return line. It was actually really easy. Here are some pictures of my setup.

What's with the HUGE clear inlet. Were your options that limited???

no actually its not totally finished. The inlet is a 2" clear inlet which is going to be connected to a filler neck and cover from a TJ which in turn will be flush mounted to the roll-cage once I get the cage-additions welded in. That way im still running a california legal gas cap :D for smog purposes... I'll of course cover the cell up when I get it smogged.

Thanks that is what I thought I would have to do My old cell had the return already drilled out

How did you keep the metal shavings out of the tank ?

I plan on drilling mine upside down to keep them out
