Well she will be there tommorow, she stole Woody's truck and entered it in the rollover contest, her and "C" went over, and I did not have my camera, LSLC set a new KRocks record with 5 intentional rollovers on the tree in front of the office
Dearborn was typical DD, what more do I need to say

A comment on Jesse, she is co host and producer of X-treme 4x4 on Spike TV, one of the most fun, down to earth gals I have met, she, Kristie and "C" were like peas in a pod all weekend, into everything.......and Jesse knows some of the stuff they do on the show, to us, is lame, but they have to do it to get sponsors......so, watch, support and maybe someday we'll see them covering stuff like the Roundup, CM, GSMTR etc.
She is one of the ''guys"......although a lot cuter!! :flipoff2:

I have got to say LSLC guys put on an outstanding event. Amazing wheeling, great people, great place, great raffle/party and of course great BBQ! (Ok and where else do you watch 5 trucks purposely roll at 12:30 AM during the Friday night party!)

It was great getting a chance to meet more people in person off this board, wheel and drink a few beers at night.

I will have all 300 photos I took up soon on my site soon for those looking for shots I took of their truck in action.

Anyway, tons of carnage...more than I can remember:

Dennie Mann with Jesse driving his rig - D60 front knuckle
FJ40Tom - Rear Axle, Birf
GreenPea - Trac Bar
Woody - Knuckle
Rusty Biggs - Rear axle, Birf
Butch - Rear Axle
Me - Jesse was welding up a bracket that holds my grill
Chris King - Taco CV
Doc Barkley - Radiator
JJJ - Radiator

Plenty more, just can't remember this morning.....

Mine was actually a rear driveshaft-driver error, was not in 4wd prior to bumping the ledge......I also had a battery switch fail, which nobody had seen or heard of....
Doc also lost a frame motor mount which took out the radiator
Jeff B -rear spring
Bruce Mitchell- rear spring
Rick Delisle- front pinion shaft
All I remember.

Talked with the rest of the K-Rocks Gang and was agreed this was the best event we have had so far. Weather was perfect and the music was better under the stars. Camp fire social hours were longer and better. Wheelin was exceptional for this time of year.
Thanks for rolling the Tator back over after the Tree thang. It has a mistical affect on me after 12:00 AM. Seemed to affect some Cruiser folks also.

Thanks for the cleanup help Sunday AM.

Going to have a contest for ya'll. The person who has the best write-up of the event will get it posted on the K-Rocks site and a Pass for the K-Rocks portion of next years regestration.
See ya on the trails down the road somewhere. Headin out to Moab for Jeep Safari. Got to try to get Shain's picture in a magazine. Spotter of the year LOL.

1st and most important.
Nolen, Sorry for the loss of your mother today.

2nd, Thanks to every one who put on the LSLC Round Up. I had a great time bringing my dad and all. For the first time out in almost Two years in a new rebuilt Cruiser I really pushed it and had lots of fun. The worst thing that happen was having Jes come up to rig when we were working on it with all the tools and everything and only to find a fuse out for the fans...

Thanks to all including the Kruse Family...

I had fun riding with Shain that day with ya'll down waterfall. The Landcruiser bunch is the nicest group of people I've wheeled with in a long time. It was a pleasure to meet you all. Also had fun riding with Pam Kruse on the loop, weather was perfect, lots of scenery,
Thanks Nolen, and also our condolences.

rbaer, based on the lead-up I got from Butch, pretty much the last thing I expected to find in camp was someone like you that wanted even more Beatles music! You can definitely hold your own with the guys, and then some! We will have to work on a playlist and some duets for the next go-around!

Cool pics Mark...it doesn't really show how much air was under the rear tires

It was great having you ride along on Saturday. Did you happen to get any good pics of the waterfall trail??

Shane, I thought it was a gonner last night. The discette with the waterfall pics wouldn't load! :mad3: Kept giving me that 'not formatted' message that usually means the pics have gone to a bad place. :(

Gave it another shot this morning. Better results!

Here's one of Ed getting ready for some skinny pedal:

Rick had your tickets and has your stuff. I don't remember what it was, but it wasn't the winch. :D

Actually, I gave the stuff to Grogan. A #30k strap, a free registration to BHCC05, and a TLCA membership. You can thank my wife, she monitored your tickets for ya.

That was an awesome event Had a great time Thanks butch Nolan Tp and all the LSLC.

I made it home yesterday in time for the DTC Meeting and despite protest form some club members they voted to cancel the BHCC this year. They think that it will be too dry and the fire danger too high.

Mace too bad you missed out on the Ellwood Chapters donation of an ammo can with $500 cash in it. Of course if you did we would all be telling you about the cool ammo can you won. :flipoff2: Todd Kaderabek walked with that one! The story Kowboy told about how they "earned" the cash was great.

You know what I think is cool about this statement is the fact that one guy from North Cackalacky, can be telling a guy from SoCal, what a killer time they had on a run together last weekend!

Todd, did you get my e-mail? Thank you again for the ride and drop off at the airport. I was prepared to get dropped off on an off ramp and hitch the rest of the way if needed, but right to the terminal! THANK YOU!

Just to clarify, this is Mark with Metal-tech in Oregon. But yes I agree with you its cool that the geographical distance is 0 when it comes to Cruiser friends!

It was an awsome event, least for the 4 hours I was there :shaking: I'll make sure to send you the dates for my spring break next year so we can get the right week this time :flipoff2: I would have stayed and wheeled Saturday if the 40 didn't decide to start blowing oil like a prom queen on my way down.
And Mark...I'll take you up on sending me a sandwich, just make sure the fenders are with it. You know, for "product testing in a parking lot." :D
Sorry for your loss Nolen, Hope all is well.
