I'm having a bitch of a time finding it in my hometown. Everyone can only order it and they all want too much. Is there anywhere on the net that I can order it from?

if your town has a speed shop they likely sell 1 5/8 for the race car guys. but can order whatever you want. i found some 1-3/4" HREW for $28 a stick from a speed shop in my relatively small town, they have to order it but can get it in less than a week.

I need DOm and the race trac can order it for me but they want $3/foot for the stuff you are talking about, and I need bigger, too. I know that that is too much to pay for the stuff because I used to buy it from someone else for less than $2/foot.

ask about price for a "full stick" vs a drop. A lot of places will gouge you if they are left w/ any. Tube Sales out here sell the DOM in a 22' lengths. I paid 11$/ft for 2 3/4 diam, 3/8 wall. and (if I remember right) $140 for a 10' length of 3" diam 1/2"wall. No delivery included.
