The 241OR transfer case uses an electronic speed sensor, so you're out of luck with the speedo gear swap.

AFAIK, Rubis with the Auto can be programmed with a DRBIII tool to adjust speedo, but the manuals can't. I tried to get mine (w/manual) adjusted, no luck. The options are Dakota Digital SGI-5B and Superlift Tru-Speed, both of which adjust the signal to account for tire/gear size. I've got the Dakota Digital, and it works fine.
