OK all you CJ guys (and gals) out there. I just got my Teralow gearset and all the install instructions say:

"Please follow the Dana 300 rebuild instructions in the Jeep service manual"

Um, OK. Now where do I get a Dana 300 service manual or where can I find a good CJ service manual that might have this info? All I have is the Chilton's manual that I used when I had a CJ-5 but all it tells you how to do is remove and replace the tcase and shows you a diagram of all the parts.

Thanks,

Chris K

You got the little Chilton's, get the bigger one, its like $12 or so. Its what I used when I did my TeraLow, very complete step by step instructions. The book # is 40202.

Due to the huge demand for these pages, I've put them at least temporarily on my club website in a separate folder, you can access the folder with all 5 pages at:
http://home.off-road.com/~rockgarden/D300/
Just open the folder, all five pages are accessible from there. Hope this of some help to a few folks.:D
