Ok, i've read about people not running the EGR. Most seem to mention they just don't run it. I need more info (and yes I've searched) on Erk and Erv that hook to the vacuum.

You don't have to run EGR, but you do need to have your EGR sensor hooked up. I just took my EGR off and put the throttle body on in its place. I used the throttle body gasket and it has worked great.

There are companies that make plates that block the EGR port at the lower intake. That is best as it will reduce the intake temperature.

Hope this helps.

Ok, it should have been EEC and EVR.

I've the EGR blocked at the intake. I've read Probst book and still don't under stand why behind removing the sensor. all i know is i want to remove it, i don't like the idea of heating up the air for the engine.
