We set out to build to best U-Bolt Flips ever with these! We get to see all the cute 1/4" formed things fold up, collapse, and u-bolts get loose. This then causes the spring to wallow all over until the center pin breaks, and oh what fun that is to fix on Upper Helldorado!
So, the solution to this pathetic-plate problem, as well as steering interfearing with u-bolt plates was simple. Make 'em compact, make 'em BEEFY!
We are the only company producing LASER CUT 1/2" THICK  u-bolt plates, then combined with meaty 9/16" u-bolts! These plates DONT collapse and deform like ALL the other out there. And those nice 9/16" u-bolts dont stretch, and break like others puny 1/2" garbage.
We have kits to fit the following:
Front Toy
Rear Toy
Front D44
Rear D44
Rear 14 bolt
Rear D60
And of course, kits to fit any housing from http://www.diamondaxle.com
There may be others, just ask. Note: We dont make flips to fit spring under rigs.
$69 covers the u-bolts and plates for one axle.
