maybe im missing something, but why the FAWK do you need 2.5 ton rockwells with 35" boggers (if they are even 35"!!!) and a light ass cruiser??? even if you were running friggin 500 lb ft of torque in that thing 60s would be plenty.

 :rainbow:  :rainbow:

So what's your driving impression?
Does it feel heavier or what?
Cool to know it's not going to break any time soon ;)

Ummmm, so i can get bigger tires when i have the money...
unlike the gods of mount olympus, we mere mortals can not always afford to get a new drivetrain, AND 44" tires at the same time...

but, this way i can put the 44's on with no worries...

yeah, it's heavier, adn gets wayyy better traction cause of the lower gearing. I really need detroits, though...

it is a work in progress, and this is one of the first steps.

Eventually -
Klune-V, coil-overs, 44" tsl's, rear steer, yadayadayada...

Looks NICE!!!

Flip the hubs IN and run 52" TSL's for the 15" width to keep it from bein OVERLY wide (if you stay in Texas)

You will play HELL on most of the trails in OK over 90" wide.

I love it!

Screw the 'Nay Sayers'

Is there a pinion brake stuffed up in there? I don't see any brakes at all.

Also, where did you get those wheels? Replace the centers on standard wheels?

i am planning on flipping the hubs in, but can't do it with these wheels. I got them from Stockton, but i am not very happy with them at all, not sure how that situation is gonna turn out, yet. There is 1 pinion brake in the rear, you just can't see it in any of these front pics, no pics of the back were taken. I'm gonna work on it over spring break, and fix some little things, then go out and romp on it again, so i'll let ya'll know what's up.

Fullsizes - see you in August!!
