I want to run a stronger rear axle than my rear 44, but I want it to match my front waggy 44, is there a 6 lug dana 60? If so is it the same width as a front waggy 44? Also I belive there is a six lug 14 bolt am I correct? Is this 14 bolt any where close to the same width as my front waggy 44? What are some other options I want to run 38 SX's but dont want to bend my rear housing of my dana 44.:smokin: thanks

I don't know of any 6 lug 60's & if there is one it's probably too wide. There is a 6 lug SF14bolt, 9.5" ring gear, 33? spline shafts.
I think I've read that Donovan can make a FF14 into a 6lug. A FF14 out of a cab & chassis truck is supposed to be ~62-63"

get a 14 bolt and convert the front to 8 lug. You can find the cab and chasis one that has the smaller wms to wms, this should be the best set-up. Convert to 8 lug is going to cost ya though:( . Hope this helps

It won't cost much if you can get to a junkyard, you just need to get the hubs and everything off an 8 lug front 44.

I believe i have seen some 6 lug 60 out of some Vans ford or chevy not positive but last time I was at the yard thought i saw some 6 lug 60.
But I have a front waggy 44 6 lug , and I got a D60 out of a J truck that was 8 lug I just went with new ends to fit the 35 spline shafts and went with all gm shit and got the 6 lug to match the front wasnt expensive at all.:smokin: :smokin:

i agree. get the cab and chassis dually 14bolt!!! if you do and convert the front to 8lug you are set to swap the front to a d60 in the future. i run a c&c dually 14bolt in my heep and i narrowed a front d60 to match. real jeeps have 8 lugs anyway...right? :D
