Hey,
I have a 1988 Jeep Comanche with 3in of lift and 31in all-terrains. I am wonting to cut off the bed and do Quarter Elipticals in the rear. I wont to run 38"s. Do any of yall have an idea on how to do quarter elipticals??? and how much lift will i get out of them??? or what do i need to do to run 38"s??? or does anyone have a better suggestion for it.
Thanx

Ok, how about
1) search...
2) read a lot about it
It's a lot more involved than you are thinking and you are going to end up with a hacked up pile of shit if you don't learn about what you are doing. There is no "standard height" that you'll end up with by going 1/4ellip.
Good luck

stop repeating yourself. :flipoff2:
I would recommend 1/4 ellipticals if your on a budget
what is your plan for the front suspension if you want to run 38's...also dont' forget if your going to 38's your definitely going to need to upgrade your axles (unless you already have)

Yeah
i think i am going to run RE:7.5" coils in the front if i do the 1/4 elipticals and if that aint enough then i will add a spacer, but if i do coil overs then i guess i will have that in the front. i am planning on gettin dana 60's. but i am just planing for now b/c i have no money. i am trying to find out all the info i can so i can do something wicked to it when i get the money. if i do either one i will probly take my bed off and build a tube cage on the back. wich one is better coil overs or 1/4 elipticals. i have read that 1/4 elipticals are sorta squirrely.
