I finished the truck up after a year of work on the SAS and long arm rear suspension The specs:

Axles:
Front: EB Dana 44, 5:14 Yukon gears, ARB Air locker, HD axle shafts, poly bushings, Parts Mike hi steer arm for high-crossover steering, Parts Mike high angle draglink.
Rear: Nissan H233b, 5.14 Nismo gears, ARB Air locker

Suspension:
Front: Bronco radius arms w/ wristed passenger arm, Superlift 3.5" bronco coils
Rear: 33" longarm lower links, ~20" upper links, Superlift 5.5" bronco coils

Drivetrain:
3L VG30 V6, RE4R01E auto tranny, TX10 t-case (3.92:1 crawler gears ordered)

I Just got back from a week of trails on Arizona Run 5.. over 500 miles out in the desert breaking the rig in and testing its limits. I had a great time and the truck performed flawlessly. The EB front suspension worked great and with the wristed arm unpinned, it flexed very well. The rear suspension articulation was unbelievable.. yet very stable.

The truck was fully loaded.. with about 800lb of camping gear and stuff in it.

here are a few flexy and scenic pics from the trip:

that rear end flexes super good, but why not so much up front?

I'm only running 3.5" lift springs up front.. and Rancho 9116 shocks, which are limiting my droop. With some longer springs and shocks, it'll flex a lot more. I have a set of RS9112s that I will throw on the front with some 5.5" springs when I get around to it.

As it is, I didnt lift a single tire the whole trip, which had some pretty gnarly rocks in places.

Its amazing where those rear tires go when it flexes.

My '91 can stuff the 33's way the heck up there.

I sure like the look of the SAS, wish I would of done that to mine before I did all that I did to mine!
