tryed searching and found no new info on the toyo open country mt. ran the 37x12.5x15 mtr loved the tire but want to try something different. i just bought a set of the 37x14.4x15 toyo mts. i have not ran them yet and i am not sure that i want to. any one have any feelings on these tires that actually are using them. i run about everything there is here in eastern washington from rocks, mud, dirt and the snow when we get it. they are goning on a toy that is locked and weighs around 3500. let me know what you think.

So you bought the tires before you knew if you wanted to run them?
I like them on paper, and they look like they'd do great in about any terrain without being great in any single one.
My next tire will be the 35x13.50 size of the same tires.

I've run my 35's exactly once so far. Loved 'em.
Jeep CJ7 3700 lbs. Dropped them to 10psi to get them to flex, worked excellent in mud, sand, and hardpack all on some fairly steep inclines. I'll probably go down to 6psi or so for rocks. Sidewalls are stiff enough I don't anticipate losing a bead that low.

We run them on our Moon Buggy(Outer Limit/Toyo Tires #59) in UROC and love them...

I've been trying to get a set of 315's since Dec and they still seem to be backordered. Anyone else have this problem with other sizes?

I ran them for two days and took them off and sold them cheap. They sucked. Absolutely zero traction. I could not come close to climbing the exact same obstacles I have climbed tons of times before with Interco and Maxxis tires. I hated them. Would never run them again. They also got cut and chunked out pretty badly with only two days of use. :shaking:

bobbo27 thanks for reading what i was asking "any one have any feelings on these tires that actually are using them " i think this is alot of the problem with the board. people that dont read the question just through S#it out there! for the people that have them thanks for the info. they seem to be very hard compound so i siped them to soften them up. im not worried about chuncking them because they are hard. time will tell i guess.

took them to schwab. im in good with the boss. i siped my mtrs and they kicked a$$. so since the mtrs were soft and i did not have to big of a problem with them chuncking i went ahead and siped the toyos. when i have them siped all the way across also.

they stop with about an 1/4 inch left to the out side of the lug. did this with my mtr and works great.
