36 gallons and fits up nicely between the frame rails in the back. Utilizes the factory sender, float and pump.

With this tank I can now run the Rubicon without carrying a ton of extra gas in additional containers. Not to mention I drive across Nevada at night without carrying extra gas becasue there is nothing open to sell me gas for the next 320 miles!

I was hoping for this weekend but everyone got sick from going to St George so between that and the time off to go to the event, it'll be a bit longer. :( Sure I'm bummed that it's taking so long but I will be more than happy when it's on the trail. :) I'd much rather have them take the time to do it right than to hurry up through it and have to keep coming back for fix-its and tweaks. Not saying there won't be a little tweaking left to do. ;)
Glo, I got the 1/8" and had it bent up at Reno Salvage off of 4th street then Bob did the awesome welding job on it. Sent you a PM. Don't want to upset the natives. :D
