joelb23 03-31-2005, 03:22 PM I am going to go and look at a 94 FSB with 170K miles on it. The guy says it runs good, just that 4wd doesnt' work. From my understanding, the BW1356 is a pretty good T-case, so would it likely be the axle or hubs? Any quick ways I can tell? Those are notorius for sticking. www.fullsizebronco.com has a pretty good write-up on how to clean/rebuild them. el ranger loco 03-31-2005, 05:54 PM Its the shift motor. Pull it apart, watch all the litte pieces fly around & then go find them, you'll need them later.. Clean it up, lube it, reinstall it. 1tonbronco 03-31-2005, 05:54 PM i second that mine went out. what u can do is take the motor off put the trans in netrual and shift the case manualy under the truck and this will tell u if the case works.
