since there are a lot of us in the cruiser forum i was wondering if we could have a thread where everyone who wanted to could post a pic of their rig and give some specs.

what started this is that i was looking for specs on many different peoples rigs and it takes forever and often times i can't find the info i am looking for but i know it is out there.

Ex. i just spend 30 min looking for more info on JIMMY's rig and the springs but couldn't find the thread that talks about it.

I hate to keep asking questions that i know the answerers are already out there but can't be found.

Crate 350, Turbo 350, NP205, 14 bolt rear, 44 front (Until I can afford to build up my dana 60) Plan on purchasing 38x12.50 Tsls on putting them on 15x8 White spokes until I finish my home made bead locks. Soon........so very soon......

Actually, I've been considering adding a "readers rides" portion to ih8mud.com....might be a good way to post specs on Cruisers and such....anyone know of a good system for this? (Something relatively automated??)

I'm just finishing the 67 trail rig this weekend. In fact I will be at Bender HQ this weekend fabbing the bumpers and finishing up the cage. After that I plan on posting the pics and specs:D

Front-Dana 60/Ford 9" hybrid 35 spline inners and outers, Detroit locker and 4.86 gears. Reverse steer (tie rod behind the axle) with 1 ton tie rod ends. 1 ton Warn Hubs. 1350 driveline to HD AA 26 spline front output on Atlas II. 62" Wide. Rancho 9112's mounted to Ford shock towers, top and the Ubolt plates on the bottom

Rear-Dana 60 Reverse Rotation with Strange Spool and 4.88's. 35 spline Moser Axles. High Angle 1410 rear driveshaft. 62" wide. Rancho 9112's mounter to the front of the rear axle tube, bottom and stock location on the top.

100" Wheelbase. Reversed FJ-40 Springs pushed forward on the frame 4" and FJ-55 springs in stock location in the rear. 1" over stock shackles in the front, 2" over in the rear. Frame flush shackle reversal.

'71 FJ40, 350, SM465, 3-spd t-case, Hi-Angle d-shafts, '76 disk-brake front axle w/ARB, '75 disk-brake rear axle w/lockright (still in a box on the floor). Saginaw PS, hi-steer, Griffon aluminum radiator, cut rocker panels/installed angle-iron, PT-10 powertank, still has 33's (my lotto numbers haven't come up yet), and no cage yet either.

I've spent the last 9 months fixing stupid stuff the PO did to it. I sold the seats a few months ago, so I haven't driven it in 6 months.

No recent pics, but here's one from before I tore the whole damn thing apart last summer.

Yeah I drove my buddies jeep, and forgot how much damn fun having some power can be!!! I got back in the cruiser and about cried at the 95 horse pumping along. hahahaha

2f with a Holley or propane injection, electronic ignition, tri-y header with a 2.5" exhaust and a flowmaster, Saginaw PS, custom hydraulic steering ram, Custom hy steer, Spring over w/FJ55 springs, track bar, 38.5x14.50 sx's on 2" BS 15x10" trailready beadlocks, premier power welder, scuba tank for air.. Locked front and rear. Yellow and red top optimas, SM420 & three speed tcase, HS9500I, Macebuilt roll cage and sliders.. Lots of lovin from the sawzall, and oh yeah, Leather Seats ...:flipoff2:

'86 FJ60 stock drivetrain. 3.70s in the axles, Springover with sagging stock springs and TPI Greasable shackles, 9012's all around. 35x15.50 TSL-SXs on 15x8 steelies, in the middle of getting resurected, and "slightly" modified.

77 FJ40, stock 2F except for Downey smog legal header and K&N filter, stock axles with 4.88s and ARBs front and rear, saginaw power steering conversion, centerforce clutch, T&M disc brake conversion, 8275-50 Warn winch, Fat City cage and nerf bars attached to the frame, 15x8 steelies with 35" Pro Comp MTs, Beard +2 seats, and Man A Fre (Renegade Fabrication) +4 rear bumper. I think that's all for now, we'll see what developes as weak links show themselves this year.:D

Well, let's see,m mine's a '74 fj-40, TBI 454, sm-420, dana 300, welded D-70 rear, Lockrited D-44 front (wants to be an ARB'd 60 so badly), Fullsize Bronco leafs and 9012's all around, 4-wheel discs, saginaw steering w/ tilt column, tube fenders, 39.5 Swampers, can't forget to plug the High Angle Driveline 1350 CV rear shaft and 1350 rockcrawler front shaft and the driveline brake. I've got pics if anyone wants to post them for me
