Ok Guys, I have a 88 Jeep Cherokee, Here's the deal, I have taken it too two Different Garages.. and i get the same look on thier faces.. Starting the Engine Cold, Its starts rough (takes about 15 seconds) to start it. But it starts, Then As the Tempature Rises, Right around 140 degree;s It starts backfiring and a serious loss in power, Barely able to get it over 25 miles an hour feathering the gas. I have now replaced the distributor twice.(once last year, and Once today) Crank Position sensor(7 months ago) Cap and Rotor, Plugs, Wires,Fule Filter And the Coil also. Also Did a TDC to time, Found TDC and could not get the engine to even start. Anyone Have an Idea?
