Website is down so I can't pull up the rulebook....

Does anyone know if We Rock is requiring the UROC Radiator "Condom" (as Ken Blume has so decided to refer to it). We are just trying to get everything done for this weekend and if that is one thing we can eliminate or make easier temporarily that will help tremendously. We are thinking of just putting a single piece of Lexan as a shield to the passenger compartment instead of covering the entire thing. Any help would be tremendous.
