I'm building a 76' Powerwagon with a 360. The motor is bored .030 over with silvolite pistons. It will have a Edelbrock performer intake, 600 cfm carb and headers. The truck has a 4speed tranny, and will have 4.10's and 35's or 36's. I want good low end power, but as wide a powerband as possible. This truck will be 75% daily Driver and 25% offroader. What is the best cam for my application?

I had my 360 built for low end power off idle to 5500 rpm. The shop that built it put in a Mopar blue print 340 cam, 228*/235*duration, .429"/.444" lift, PN-MOPP4452782. My engine is also bored .40 over, rods balanced, headwork, Mopar M-1 dual plane aluminum intake, headers, Truck Avenger 670cfm carb, and some more little stuff.

So far so good. I haven't had it on the trails yet due to the fact i've only had the engine in for a few months, and the trails are closed down for the thaw. In a few weeks i'll get it out on the trails. I have had it out just playing around, have not had it on any steep climbs or decents yet. I have been on the edge of flopping, and it didn't stumble or anything at all.

My brother did almost the exact same setup. He used a compcams 268H, it might be a little to much cam but it works pretty good.
