Which is the best quick replacement boot for the outer left CV boot. The solvent weld split boot, or the bolt up split boot.

As a quick or temporary fix to get you off the trail, probably easier to do the bolt together kind. I wouldn't use a split boot as an actual replacement; just a temp fix. For full-time replacement boots, I have been running and would highly recommend these MecaTech (http://www.independent4x.com/item.jhtml?UCIDs=839915%7C938630&PRID=955395) boots Matt sells. My OEM's were starting to crack and dry-rot from age and environmental factors, so I swapped all 4 out for the MecaTech's two years ago. They have been holding up really well... and people will tell you I am far from nice to my CV's
