I have a friend that is purchesing an 84 FJ60, he is getting it for like $1500, but he told me the passanger side fenders have cancer... Does anyone make a replacement or aftermarket fender for these??? Also he said it smokes a little and the smoke is white... head gasket???
Well we are at it who makes the best lift for the fj60's... 4"-5"... out of the box (superlift, trailmaster, etc.) I know he wont have a lot of $$$ for build up.

Front fenders? Yeah, they're available aftermarket, you can get them from the usual suspects (SOR, MAF, JTO, TPI).
White smoke could be head gasket.
Nobody makes a 4-5" lift out of the box for a 60 series, if you want that much lift you have to mix and match components (from MAF, for example), go custom (Alcan, National Springs) or go spring-over.

I think JT Outfitters has a Pinnacle Suspension that has 4" lift. That dude with the topless brown FJ-60 has the 4" kit and 36" SX's on it.

I seem to recall that JTO's "4 Inch" 60 series lift was just their regular 2.5" springs and really loooong shackles. Morgan would know, I remember his debackles with JTO 4" lift on his pig.

You can see in that picture that Erik Jones is running *long* shackles, and the 36s don't exactly have *gobs* of clearance.
I think 35" is about the tallest tire you want to run in a 60 series without a SO, and even then you'll start encountering some issues.
