Is it possable for some one with a 84 FJ60 to swap the ring and pinion out of an 85 4runner (both 8"?) that would put the front and rear both @ 4:10 insted of 3:70 right????? Has anyone tryed this??

No. The Land Cruiser diffs are larger than the 4runner/minitrucks. If you want to scavange 4:11s, pull them from a 88-90 FJ62 for a direct swap. Or, use a 69-78 FJ40 for a swap where you will have to play with the pinion flange or driveshaft flange to mate up.
