I'm curious how it worked as well. Anyone see them on a course?

I didn't get to see him often, since I was running the other half of the courses. From what I did see though, it didn't seem to work too well. It also appeared to knock his fillings out of his teeth with every little bump. :D

hmmm.i could see how it would be ruff ride, but i wonder how his theory did. if it did well, then mabey he could just put some real some hard springs on there to take some of the jarness out...dont know......

Couldn't he just go back to leaf springs, then?

Yes it worked. Like all of Curt's innovations. It takes guts to come out with an idea that's of the wall and try it and every time he does it he gets tons of coverage and pictures plastered all over the place, and people talking about the "new thing". I get the feeling Curt knows that's "working".

Why would he wanna do that? Total loss of clearence and weight. I was thinking even a better way to accomplish this would be to use some ifs axles and just weld solid some a-arms to the chassis to mount the knuckle to. That way you get the same effect but with a lot more clearence and posibly even lighter because you have no axle tubes, just a diff and shafts going to the knuckles that are held by a few tubes integrated into the chassis.

sweet. where is all the pics and stuff? does he have a sight or is there a write up that i havent found yet?

the galleries from the comp have some pictures, nothing amazing, I'm still very curious. I like having a stiffer front suspension, he's just taking it to the extreme... we'll see...
