if anyone can help me out here i would really appreciate it. im looking to put portal axles from a unimog under my jeep and i saw this company who does disc brake conversions

i was just wondering what type of calipers these are . they look like 2000 and up ford 1 ton brakes is it possible and do you know if i can get calipers for the rear that i can attach emergency brake cables to it as i drive my jeep every day and need them to pass inspection.thanks guys....
