any body ever make 1/2 doors for their full size trucks? show us some pics and how yall did it.

I think i might make mine today...... my general thought is to saw zaw the shit out of them.. cut above the latch and go for it... ill let you know how it turns out.... hahhaha

You got a shot of how you did those rock sliders? I am building a 73 K5 and want to do something like that so my rockers dont look like my trucks do now..

The old door lock rod comes through the door .It has a skull knob on it to pull to open the doors.I'm going to post a build up thread in a few days with alot more detailed pics,I don't want to hijack the thread.There is some pics on my webshots with slider pics.

i did the shackle flip from ORD. Money well spent too.
I was seeing how it flexed after I did the 6" lift with the new dana 60.
I figured out that I need longer shocks now, they are stopping me.
I will go and check out your photos and see how you did the linkages.
I will try to get up a pic of the skins I made for the rainy season, they came out nice. got zippered windows in them too like the jeep guys.

i wish i could drop $180 on a flip kit but i'm on a broke college kid's budget. i would spend that money on a 12 or 14 bolt rear and dana front if i had it. o well. dang...new 8 lug axles= new 8 lug rims....haha i love spendin the money i dont have. :laughing: :laughing: :laughing:
