why cant you use the stock relays? and what is their rating?

now, i would like to use a xj fan as an auxilliary cooler for ps/hydro asst.
it was given to me for free.

what is the cfm out put on these? what are the amp draws and wiring requierments?

they are used as a puller fan in xj's, will it work the same as a pusher?

i was just planing on making it ign. on, not thermostatic.

do you all think that 2 of these would cool a stock 350 in a full size with a hugenormus radiator, the big 4 core chevy up grade stock radi.?

can't answer half of the questions but most guys are running 85 amp relays on the taurus fan and i have read guys running big blocks in the summer in az with just a taurus fan with out problems

i hit the yards today and found some other fans that i think will work better for me.

the stock ford relay is 85 amps, but is fused for only 60??? you guys were saying they can pull a 100 at start up, how is this??

all the others dual and single fans were all fused at 40 and i coulnd find relays for
them.

i found some dual fan setups out of a chrysler cirus and some were just on the ground.

is one large fan better than 2 smaller ones?

the taurus fan only covers about 60% of my radiator where as th duals fit centerd with about a 1" - 1/2" on all sides.

i was planing on fitting a piece of expanded steel over the radi. and mounting everything to that.
