They just go to the Ford section like the HEEP guys to see what drivetrain parts they should be runnin thats why there are no posts. The HEEP section is just puttin up a front to try and hide there true loyalties.

It's kinda self perpetuating but, that is exactly why I (and I'm sure others) come in here. The Chevy board has very little activity, and I find most of the Chevy stuff in here. So, being a "newbie", when in Rome...

You do have a good point. I don't post that often but I'll try to keep my Chevy stuff over there in the future.

Hay paul just have Lance link the chevy section over to CK5. Thats where we all hang when we talk Chevy :)
When we are here we are drooling over the tube buggies and awsome trail shots that this place get's. Also a lot of great fabrication information to be picked up here.

Ditto, Grim's exactly right, Paul. This General section rocks...........but CK5 is where the GM boys congregate.

Yeah, it seems to be working less and less lately. That's why I've been spending more (most) of my "on line" time here. I agree that it sucks, but I know Steve will get it taken care of soon. So don't give up, just give him a little time to get it straightened out ;).

It would be nice to have the Chevy section grow here, too. I have come accross quite a variety of Chevy Tech here. It was good to hear that other people are making their own 203/205 combinations. Sometimes the general section at CK5 is more of a chit chat than Tech questions. Not that it is always bad. This board fits my hardcore ideas. CK5 is more of an all around board. Wouldn't know what to do without either of them. And, I am a paying member at both of them. Gotten my $$ worth from each.:)

Pete - My son was in the hospital all weekend with some kind of virus that is going around so I didn't even have a chance to look at the steering yet, I dropped it off at Avalanche today for a rear bumper and I am going to have them finish my rocker/slider project that I started, just don't have the time anymore to even work on it plus I need a break. I will have them adjust the steering as well as build a bracket for the ram, even with all that I still have a lot to do before EJS, it's to damn early this year.

rodzilla - I hear ya on more and more chit chat on the main board at CK5, but I do have a solution for that I think, stay tuned.

I hear you on having lots of stuff to do before Moab. I still have to get my ram, but did at least get the mounting tabs for it. Hmm, I wonder if there's any Blazer parts I need while Cliff isn't looking.:rolleyes:
