Hello i have a 1988 cherokee with the 4.0 and am having some trouble with it starting it will start fine in the morning but after sitting untill lucnh i will have to crank on it it for 5 minutes it won't start go inside wait ten minutes starts fine and untill today would run fine rest of the day tonight had a hard start at lunch time and now it won't start at all

this is my daily driver so i need help soon thanks in advacne

It sounds like it only wants to start when its cooled off. You might want to check your distributor cap components, and make shore they are not burnt out. It seems like you are not getting spark, look at your starter cylinoid too......
