No on the the 62, the 727's used a 27 spline shaft. The 62 case would need a six spline input. It's a Spicer, and has the numbers 3-20 on it. Would this work behind a 727, or if it does, would I even want to use it? They are redily availiable. I don't think there was ever a D18 availible with a 23 spline gear.... the D18 is easy to spot. The front and rear output shafts come out of the "droped" down portion of the case. Thanks! $50 - $100 if you can find one in your area good, if not, shipping may jack it.... but they are "light", maybe 70/100 lbs, so it wouldn't be *too* bad.....
