'94 NAS 90: fuel lines are rusted out, as are the connections on top of the pump. ECR sells stainless lines, but is there a source for the fittings is to purchase the entire rover pump assembly (which, at $300 or so, is insane).

The fittings on the pump side are nothing but compression fittings, metric, but just compression fittings. If one were so inclined, you could use 5/16" brake line and a pile of hardware store compression fittings.
