we have the lame-est aftermarket shops around here:rasta:
I was just told today by the local fourwheelpartswherehouseasshole location that they couldn't get one yet.....but then my buddy with me was askin about the half soft tops for his Jeep and they couldn't find it in any catalog so they said they must not exsist, and i have one on my Jeep right now that I bought from that exact store two months ago....anyhoo, back to the carb. What are you putting it on, and when do you think you'll be testing it?

From what I have read, it is nothing more than a street avenger with some of the tricks that I used to run on my 4160. Unless they have come up with a few new tricks, it will not run at angles as well as a 2100 Motorcraft or Quadrajet.

you're paying $100 more for a carb with slosh lines (think 80 cents worth of fuel line), different needles and float levels (hmmm, can't do that at home  ). still, if you don't want to dick with a carb, it's a good deal i guess. thing is, you can do all that to your own carb for mucho cheap.

Saw the Truck Avenger for sale in the new Summitt catalog for something like $380. Its a 670cfm carb, might be a little much for a 304. Let us know if it lives up to the hype. :D

for starters Holley is claiming NEW metering blocks.

JOHNYJEEPER pull the floats and shoot some pics of the metering blocks.
want to KNOW what they did, if anything, to make the fuel immune to gravity feeding through the main jet/boosters
