From us EB owners, more power to ya! None of us would think those rear quarters weren't already bashed before the sawz hit it. I think he could have done a better job hackin the fenders personally, keep the looks a little more, but if its in the way its in the way.

When you weld a gusset like that across the entire rear of the axle.....do you guys see any kind of warpage??? I am thinking about doing the same.

Fit it up, & tack it in different places (like every four inches, but skip around so you dont heat it too much). Then after its all tacked up weld in between the tacks, once again skipping around.
