This is the deal:

I'm putting together a front Dana 60, BOM indicates its from an 88-91.5 V30 truck. I ordered the 15" rotor brackets and got my smaller rotors. I started with a bare housing so i got some SRW hubs from sixstates.com. The hubs are great everything has pressed in them fine.

The problem I now have is that when i set the rotor on the back and drop the stud in the knurl BARELY engages the hub. Its short to the point where no amount of beating will seat it. I got the studs from Napa, #641-3145.

Please let me know where i can get studs that fit or a Napa # that will work. I'm dyin here...

Thanks in advance!! :)

You have a dorman number for that starting with a 610

Is that a question or a statement? :)

The head of the stud is stamped:
332
A8N
10.9

The 610-332 is a late model 14mm metric stud with a 16mm knurl, and there isn't a stud showing in the dorman book with a larger knurl. What size stud are you trying to go to?---edit---if you're going to a 1/2'' the only thing that may work is a 610-363 and if 9/16 try a 610-283.

Ok thanks for the input.

What I did was called up Napa, said i've got an axle from an 88-91.5 V30(maybe the hubs i bought are different) and they gave me that 641-3145 stud. Do you know what a Napa comparable number would be for the 9/16" stud? Would they understand this Dorman number?

Thanks for your help.
