ive used my rig pretty damned hard.... joints are still tight... im thinkin bout replacing just for the sake that they "may" go at a time i really need em.... they are 2 years old.... whaddiya think?

If you decide to replace them, I would probably go with Spicer pro-chassis and call it an upgrade.

Yea, get that thing in shape...I be working on my pos every day lately...only 2 months to go, then it's 10 days of thrashing.

If they are tight in all directions, I'd run them. I use a prybar against the knuckle and the sub knuckle to check them...Buy the replacements and pack them in your hellbox for later... :)
I used to replace D44 axle joints after a real hard run, but not ball joints. But I never had ball joints last more than 1 or 2 years anyway.
