A lot of threads on Garage-shop floor treatments.
I need something for the driveway, I want it clear and not "the wet look"
I don't want a stain or anything I want it to look some what normal.
I would like to to resist oil stains, but mainly tire scrubbing (I have a 90 deg turn at my garage, with a Spool in the back it skids along m driveway)
I only saw Thomspons at Home Depot, but is there anything better?
I would assume a Thomspon product would need about 3-4 coats before it was any good

no clue, but I'll throw in my request too :)

I want a stain - something that my oil stains aren't going to show up with - a dark brown. Serious - I like the look of colored concrete, might as well go with a color that blends with my spots ;)

I spilled some Thompson's on my back walk the other year. Seems to do a fairly good job of keeping that spot clean. Of course, that just means that it is a "clean stain" in one spot since the rest of the walk is dirty... :)

Ditto.

Finally got the slab poured in front of the shop, and the BRICK WORK done! :flipoff2:

Rather spend money on other things, but need to add some lights... and it really does transform the building.

Give this a look-Sealer (http://www.dynacreteusa.com)
I've used it on my shop floor, and dog kennel. I don't think it would prevent the tire rubs, but they'd clean up easy. I used the two part system with the penetrating sealer, then the top sealer. Works great.
