ford aerostar rear coild are very long and SOFFFFT- but unless you want a lot of body roll i would look elsewhere. maybe at the various land rover product range, they also have good availability of aftermarket coils for a good price. i will dig through my links and see if i can find a good chart with different spring lengths and rates.

stock XJ fronts? 180-200 in/lb range. That's what's holding the back of mine up right now. How well they work, is another question entirely. Should know soon.
Aerostars are way, way soft- like 150 lb/in??
