I have problems with my steering system every time I hit the hole on the road only when the wheels are pointing straight forward, steering wheel start to shake like crazy.
I've done some mods to my rig previously like coil suspension, power steering, put new steering stabiliser from OME, tires are 31", new Z-link, and new joints on rod connecting left and right wheel.
I need some good info what could cause something like that, maybe it's the caster????

Castor would make it wonder all over the place. Castor works like a office chair. If you push it across the floor all the tires will go the same direction. And track that direction till it is changed. Do you have stock axles? If so it could be a few other things. King Pin bearing can wear out and cause this. But I would go get my tires balanced. I had a simular problem with my zuk and it fixed it self when the front tire blew out. Turned out I had broke a belt in the tire.

I've out new bearings for complete front end...the axle is suzuki stock.
I'v got tires balanced and it happens again. I'v checked the caster angle and it is not bad as some other friends have and they are driving normally.
Thanks for the post.

Mine was a handful until I added a panhard bar.

If you have too much trail(ie castor is incorect) you will have a wobble scenario. push a supermarket too fast and watch the wheels wobble about. This is because they have too much trail to travel at speed.
The way to reduce this is by tilting the diff flange upwards. This reduces the amount of trail you have. I know this from experience!
Obviously check everywhere else, rod ends, swivel bearings, swivel preload, check steering damper is working OK on its side, mine had approx 1/2" of freeplay if I didnt incline it slightly. If all is OK, Id try adjusting the suspension(you did make it adjustable didnt you......)
Also, where is the steering damper mounted, try to mount it between the axle and the trackrod, not up where the stock damper is. Its more effective down at axle level.
Hope this helps.

Tell me what is better castor, when the lower king pin bearings are more to the front of the car than upper king pin bearings? Or opposite? I did my front arms adjustable, I just need to know how to adjust it. Every stock zuk I've looked in I noticed that lower king pins are sure closer to the front of the car than uppers.

do you have a shackle lift installed on the front or are they stock? mine did that exact thing horribly and it was because of the shackles being too big
