With our adaptor kit you do not need to use the Factory input bearing retainer, as our adaptor kit replaces it.
Notice the two sets of bolt holes, our adaptor kit is set up to run your D300 in drivers or passenger side configurations, without the need for a clocking ring!
You are also able to clock your D300 1, 2, 3 or 4" up for a nice flat belly pan.

Im running a t-400/ advance adapter/ dana 20. My adaptor crumbled so im looking for something new. If I went with your setup im assuming I should just get the 203 box and adaptor from a t-400 and any passenger drop dana 300? Whats your adaptor cost around? Its looks great. Also do you know how far the 203 box will hang below the transmission pan? One more, how long is the setup from face to yoke? Thanks man.

You would need a NP203 range box, Factory adaptor, and a Dana 300.
Our Adaptor kit is $699, and includes Billet 6061 adaptor plates, billet 8620 Heattreated mainshaft, billet PTO cover, and all the gaskets and seals you would need for the install.
The NP203 range box is 7.5" down (in stock rotation) from the center of the driveline - it all depends how deep your pan is.
Our adaptor kit is $629.10 until aug 15th, big savings!

We actually started making 203/205 adaptors before we got into making adaptor kits for D300's. The price is the same - $699 in any configuration.
Specs are as follows:
Adaptor Material 6061-T6 CNC machined from Billet.
Mainshaft, Heat treated 8620 billet shaft, 31, 32 or 23 spline spline counts.
Adaptor Length 3" from face to face.
Here are some photos of the 203/205 kits:

do you know what the over all length of the 203 and the adapter is?
A 203 range box is 6.1", the adaptor is 3" face to face, so if you currently have a 205, it will add about 9" to your driveline.
I just got my kit today. Looks great! I will be posting pics of the build up in the Ford forum. It is going behind a C4.
Thanks again and a bump to the top.

I Suppose There Would Not Be Any Problem Running A Ford 203 Range Box And Flipping The Transfer To Drivers Side Drop?
Our adaptor saves purchasing a flip ring, you would still need the parts for the physical flip portion of the install, which we are manufacturing in the near future and would be availible.

Anyone home? I sent you a PM about some triple stick shifters and the shipping issue awhile ago, just wondering the updates on parts and stuff.
Thanks,
Ken

J,
As long as your NV4500 is a 4wd model (23 spline dodge, 32 spline GM), attaching a NP203 isn't too tough to do. The front face of the NP203 range box will need to be redrilled to the 6 bolt pattern, and use the matching input gear type. Our standard NP203/D300 kit can then be used to mate the 300 to the NP203.
Range boxes with the front redrilled are availible through us, a GM/Dodge range box starts at $279, with $20 to redrill.
