So my ARB install went extremly well, however now I need some tips on using them??
Can I engage while moving??
Any problems leaving the rear locked all the time on the trail??
Do I need a 100PSI saftey blow-off for the ARB line from my York, the system has a 150 pound one now, but that won't help the ARB's or does the solinod do it on it's own??
Any other tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated (locker newbie :D)

The solenoid does not provide any pressure relief function. So you must install one yourself.
The best way to do it is spend the $15-$20 and get a regulator for the ARB leg.
Did you not get an operation and service manual with the ARB? (get it used)?
From the ARB manual:
"Never engage an Air Locker during cornering or while wheel-spinning as this could damage the locking mechanism."
They go on to emphasize that point again and include:
"Be sure you are stopped or driving in a straight line without any acceleration or deceleration (i.e. , do not have either the accelerator or the brake(s) pressed or engaged) while locking the Air locker."
And my response to leaving it on all the time on the trail would be ...why would you want to?
Lockers will often be more trouble for you in off camber situations.
And personally, I like wheeling with it off, it seems to improve my driving skills. But it's always there for the times I need it.

Thanks Charly.
I didn't get an operating manual with my ARB's, just the install pages...
I do have a small regulator set at 90 PSI for the ARB leg, while the rest of the system is regulated to 115 PSI (oops, I forgot to mention that!!)
As for leaving the rear on, your right why would I want to, my only thought was, say I don't intend to get stuck  and I do, will the locker always engage if I can't move? I thought sometime the locker can't engage until your moving?

OK..........
Sounds like you already have the pressure issue handled. I'd still include a pressure relief valve in the system though.
Yeah, you are right, to an extent, ARB states
"Also, remember that your Air locker doesn't necessarily engage instantaneously if you are sitting still. You may need to rol a little bit until the teeth of the locking mechanism can fall into mesh."
Theoretically, this is true and possible, but I've never had the not engaging problem. And it means you'd really have to be stuck with no chance of any movement. I have been stuck with no forward or rearward movement possible, and it still engaged.

Ditto on that point, been there, too.
