Ok, I really need somewhere to work on my stuff, my current "garage" doesn't even have a door, just a plywood wall where it used to be. so how much would something like these cost, assuming we did everything but the actual pad:

or slightly bigger:

I know they are small, but I really can't afford the big garage that I want.
So estimates?

Too many variables.

Finished, or unfinished? Metal or wood siding? Metal or comp roof? Steel frame or stick built? pole building style or with footing? How tall? How bit of doors?

I'm just in the final stages of finishing a 350 sg ft addition to my house. Truss system, stucco exterior, comp roof and tile floor, with 4 energy efficient windows and French door to meet today’s building standards. Insulation throughout, 3 additional HVAC registers and a 100AMP sub panel. Of course this is all for occupied living space in which case is far more expensive than a standard garage. I've done ALL the work myself except for the stucco. Last time I did stucco I couldn't raise my arms for a week, and the cost of that was only $1160. T-11 siding would be cheaper. Total cost was $29 per square foot. I would guess on a standard shop with 10 ft walls you could reasonably estimate $18-$22 per square foot providing you do all the work yourself. The cost also included the price of the building permit.
