how the heck do you get some pictures up on the post board???
i found insert image. is that the right button? if so then what do i do after that?

First of all, this belongs in noob or chit chat, and second you need a red star.


Where does it say insert image?

If you have the red star you will see a button that says Manage Attachments. That's the one you want.

well what ever i needed to find out from the right people... so if i dont have a red star above my name i cant post pictures??

yeah im a real newbie :flipoff2: especially since i ve been on here a bunck of times since 04... and i havent owned my scout for over a couple years and taken it on many difficult trails, like sirrra trek and rubicon... so up yours :mad3:

any ways... where do i have to go to post the pictures? and does it cost anything to do so??

Look. If you want to upload pictures from your computer to be hosted at the pirate4x4.com site, you need to become a paying member of this site - only people with a red (or yellow) star adjacent to their name have that privilege. If, however, you have some other way of loading your pictures up onto some other internet server that will host them on the internet for you, you can simply link to the url of the picture within your messages, using the [img] tags.

Yeah, I saw that one too. This stuff makes me want to repost all those "you suck at the internet" pictures of yore.... Some people just don't know these things and don't realize that this isn't the place to learn.
