Lately after the truck is at normal operating temperature, and after a good drive, when I put the truck in reverse it sounds like it shifts pretty hard, with a clunk and a jolt, only in reverse though, and only when the truck is warmed up, it doesnt do it when the truck is cold, anythoughts?

Soulds like you might have a u-joint thats gone bad or maybe even a rear Ring& Pinion about ready to :nuke: You might wanna check to see if your rear end has "excessive slop" in the axle......Good Luck.........

Check you flex plate to torque converter bolts. Alos take a look at your U joints...Whens the last time you changed your tranny fluid and filter? Is this a 2WD or 4WD truck? This could add a few more things to check........:skull:
