Gonna install these and beat the crap out of them to test. They will be ideal for 7+ inches of lift and will be superior to other kits I've seen. They use a Rubicon Super Flex joint at one end for more articulation. The lower is a fixed length but adjustable by the factory cam bolt at the axle end. The uppers are fully adjustable for even more tuning.
The frame bracket will be located by a stock hole in the frame and a keyway in the bracket. It will utilize 4 9/16 bolts to mount it.

Let me know what you think.
Thanks

Oh, and I'll buy a yellow star once I get this kit ready to sell.

Its about time you finally got off your ass and build them. :D

It would be nice if you built adjusters in the lower arms. That way you can weld in a washer over those gay ass cam-bolt adjusters (they keep moving on me.)

Why wouldnt you make the lower one adjustable too? Also will they work for 6" lift or just 7+?

Will this get rid of the massive creaking comeing from the front end? Well the truck is finally down for reapirs. After all this time, I blew my injector pump. Expansive fawker. But now, I can start working on the motor.

What will the cost be on these? Will it help the trac bar live a longer life? What year will these be for? I am going to ahve to come on out there and design a new trac bar for the dodge.

I thought about doing that but the cost would go up and I'm trying to keep it down. I might make it an option though for people that request it.

Like I said before, it would be just to keep costs down but a possible option.

It would work on a 6" lift as well but for clearance issues, I just figured I'd start with 7" since that is where my truck is :)

This doesn't creak at all so I would say that if your control arms are, this should fix that. The track bar will not benefit from this but I do plan on also designing a new trackbar and bracket. I know, ours are junk. These will be for 2nd gens for now but I will also prototype a 3rd gen kit as well soon.

Yeah Dimi, I did an injetor pump in mine too, costly damn thing. Although, that truck got a new one on warranty about 6 months before you got it IIRC. If you are gonna mod that motor, get a FASS pump.

GENERAL UPDATE:

I put this kit on my truck and OMG, what a difference! It drives 100% better. I am very pleased so far. Will do some beating on it and see how it holds up! :D

Went want pics of it bolted up on the truck. I would like to see if flexed out too. Also do you know about how much? I am thinking of getting the DC long arms but if these will be a lot cheaper then I may go this route.

I'll get some pics up in the next few days. I was also thinking of getting the DC arms but I didn't like the way the body mount on the frame has to be notched out and that there are only bushings with no flex joint for articulation.
Still working on price as well....

Looks good, only thing I would do different is locate the zerk fitting on top of the LCA to avoid being crushed. what size tube (wall thickness?) are you using?

so its 2 bolts on the side and i assume 2 bolts through the bottom of the frame?

ASTAR, it looks ALOT like the fabtech stuff, but I like yours better.

Yeah, I actually will be locating it behind the joint where the bracket protects it because there isn't enough room between the joint and the mounting bolt that is hidden.
And it's 1.50 1/4 wall DOM.

Correct, and there is a 1" key that locates it on the frame in the perfect spot to a factory hole in the frame so it's pretty much fool-proof to install. The mounting bolts are 9/16"

Thanks. I was going for something that would be easily and inexpensively rebuildable. You can buy replacement bushings and also replacement parts for the Flex joints if you ever need to. Also, if the Flex joints ever loosen up, you can tighten them up as they wear.

Have you figured out pricing yet? How did the arms do in travel vs. short arms? Thanks

Any plans to extend the uppers? How is the caster change and pinon change as the suspension cycles?

Any updates on your arms. I have 7" of lift on my 3500, and want to replace my skyjacker arms with your set-up. Thx azlineman52@msn.com
