One last check, there is nothing different that would cause a misfire at 2000rpm is there?
That seems to be where the 94 LWB misses and feels roughest.

Ron:
I recently fixed a low speed stumble on my truck with a different MAF sensor, but the cover on the bad one was cracked and it was full of mud-go figure.

I was getting something like that, ran a ton of fuel cleaner through things and drove the snot out of it. It cleared up, maybe a clogged injector that makes itself more noticeable at certain rpms? Mine was not all the time, just hit or miss- mostly if I really stuck my foot in it.

Mine old 3.9 had a 3400 misfire. Turned out to be some kind of glitch in the ECU. Plenty of used ones around.
