I have a 92 XJ with the 4.0. i put in a fuel cell and ran an inline pump that had 45 pressure. now it idles fine but as soon as you hit the gas it sputters out. I have the fuel rail with the return on it so i didnt change it like on the newer 4.0, is running the 45 pressure right? the filter is clean and you can hear the pump prime and run once jeep is running, but still can not figure out why it would idle just fine but as soon as you hit the gas it seems to choke. anybody have any ideas what it could be? or if running the inline fuel pump is the right pressure?
