Does anyone have a used nV4500 manual or know of a good web site with some exploded views and some torque specs. I am just about to start tearing into my trans and would like a little backup :flipoff2:

Email or drop me a PM.

I have tried to email Jeff many times, all of his email addresses appear invalid. Anybody know how to get in touch with him or have a nv4500 manual for sale?

I don't have the site address with me here at work, but if you go to OutdoorWire and search for NV4500 that same article from ORC will come up, AND a book review (by Jeff) of the GM NV4500 Technician Reference Manual.

The site and phone number for where to order it is in that review.

This reference manual includes everything from detailed diagrams, to powerflow, to diagnosis. It's not a step by step teardown per say, but it will be invaluable for one (I'm using it to do mine). And the Dodge and GM versions of the NV4500 are near identical, and certainly are in this regard. So don't worry about that.

I just researched the whole outdoorwire site and couldn't find the book review anywhere. maybe they removed that article.

I'll check when I get home tomorrow for ya.
