I know this has probaly been asked a million times by a million different peolpe but.... :D Can I fit 35's on a 2000 ram1500 sport with only a 3 in. lift. I am new to Dodges and just got this truck last week. Still dont know alot about them but i have a set of 35's I'm dying to put on the truck. TIA
Sure. Why not? I had 35"s on my '01 1500 Off-Road with no lift.....

yes, probably don't need a lift at all, but might experience some minor rubbing.

with 12.50 wide tires, 8" wheels and ~4.5" of BS, tehy will fit with minimal rubbing, nothing that will damage anything, jsut make some noise when turning and stuffing the tires. i ran that setup for years and wheeled a lot with it.

what backspacing should I run?? I want them to stick out a bit, not like the factory wheels wich are real tucked in. Would 2 in backspacing be ok? Or should I go with more. Let em know

read my post. the only way you are going to 35's with 3" lift on a regular 1500 (not and OffRoad) and be able to use it will be to run around 4.5" of BS.
otherwise go to 5" or stick to 33's
