I want to install some 3" coil spacers and I tried for 2 hours to get the axle end of the track bar loose. That mug is tight!!

The instructions say to loosen the axle end of the track bar so the axle can drop low enough for the springs to pop out. Do you really have to remove this?
Can I take if off on the frame end? Also, is there anything ealse I should know about before I just dive into this project(disconecting, removing, lenthening, ect..)?

Thanks for any help and advice!

Gerald.

Leave the track bar alone. Just remove the upper part of the sway bar links. I installed mine in about an hour. The only thing is when your done, drive it around for a couple of miles and the center your steering wheel.

Just unhook the sway bar and flex the axle one side at a time w/ a floor jack, right?
