Is there a Hiem Joint available with a 7/8 fine thread pattern?
I would like to replace my 1 ton TRE's with hiem joints, so I can elevate them slightly. But I d rather not have to replace my 1 1/2" solid Tie Rod. It would be great if I could just thread on a set of Hiems with the same thread pattern pattern.

I doubt it, the TRE's are an oddball thread, 7/8"-18. Heims are probably going to be the standard 7/8"-14. You could drill out the ends of your tie rod and use some weld in bungs w/ the 7/8"-14 thread.

I was looking for a female 7/8" and nobody had ever heard of them. I'm pretty sure they don't have anything in 7/8"

Jeffro...you could thread a old TRE into the threads and chop it off then drill and tap to 3/4...sounds like fun !
